  • Can any person or organization rent the facilities?

    Absolutely! We have developed some rules and regulations for the facility based on current city codes, current operating procedures and research of "like" facilities. The Holthus Convention Center is a flexible facility that can accommodate business meetings, conventions, tradeshows, weddings, reunions, theatrical performances and other special events.

  • Is outside catering allowed?

    Yes, outside catering is permitted. Any caterer serving an event in the Holthus Convention Center must be on our Approved Caterer's List. If the caterer you have chosen is not on this list, please contact the HCC Business Office and request a Catering Agreement form. Any caterer is eligible to be on this list as long as they agree to our terms and conditions of use.

  • Is the setup of table and chairs included in my rental fee?

    Yes, the HCC staff will set the room per your specifications prior to you arriving at no additional cost to you.

  • Do you have Wi-Fi?

    Yes! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire facility.

  • How can I get my event listed on the HCC Website?

    The Holthus Convention Center posts public and city-wide events on its website calendar. Events can be posted at the request of a group or client. Private events will be noted on the calendar as "Private" on the corresponding days, but specific detail will not be provided.

  • How can I become an exhibitor for an upcoming event?

    If you are interested in exhibiting at an upcoming event, please contact the show promoter directly or call the HCC Business Office at 402.363.2675 for more information.
