Facility Services

The Holthus Convention Center wants your event to be as seamless as possible. Prior to your event, a staff member will work with you to create an individualized layout that will fit your event needs. We offer a wide variety of amenities, including linen tablecloths and napkins, table centerpieces, backdrops, uplighting and staging, to add that extra touch to your event. Once a final layout has been approved, our staff will handle all the setup prior to your arrival.  

Event Layout

When you reserve space in our facility, tables and chairs are inclusive with your rental. A member of the Holthus Convention Center staff will work with you to determine the best layout for your event and our staff will be sure your room is set when you arrive. A number of table options are available to suit your needs:

Round banquet tables to accommodate ten guests

Rectangular banquet tables to accommodate eight guests

Conference tables to accommodate the layout of meetings, conferences, seminars, etc.

Cocktail tables to accent bar and beverage areas

Serpentine shaped buffet tables and skirting for an upscale visual appeal

Linens

Linen tablecloths and napkins are offered in a variety of sizes and colors to accommodate your needs. All linens will be on-site the day of your event. A price list, including size and color options, is available upon request from the Holthus Convention Center office.

Centerpieces

If you are wanting to create a more formal tablescape, but don't want to mess with the hassle of bringing them yourself, our staff can create centerpieces to suit the feel or theme of your event. 

Backdrops

A limited selection of pipe & drape and wooden backdrops are available upon request.

Uplighting

Wanting to set a particular mood for your event? Uplighting is the perfect compliment for any formal event. Guests will have the option to choose any color combination to highlight their event theme.
